《中国民主季刊》自创刊以来，受到各界朋友的热情支持。为更好地向中文读者推荐汉语和国际学术界的优秀作品，我们就以下书籍征集书评，包括介绍性的、评价性或商榷批评性的书评。这个书单只是例子，也欢迎就所列书单之外的作品撰写书评，并欢迎就某个重要的问题一次性推荐若干本好书。所选作品可以包括最新出版和以前出版、但并不为国内读者所熟悉的著作。我们也欢迎就中文、英文之外的其他语种（如德语、法语、日语、西班牙语等）的有关著作撰写书评。
征稿的主题范围包括与民主转型、制度设计及中国有关的政治、国际关系、法律、经济、社会学、历史等领域的问题。具体可以参见：https://chinademocrats.org/?p=703 。原则上我们接受中文稿件 ，但也欢迎英文投稿。一旦采用，稿酬从优。
字数：2000-4000字（中文），或1400-3000字（英文）。如就某个主题推荐若干本书，字数可以是3000-7000字。

《中国民主季刊》由中国民主转型研究所创办、发行。创刊号出版于2023年1月15日。 其宗旨在为中文读者、主要是中国大陆读者提供关于中国与世界的新观点、新知识，特别是关于中国政治、民主与民主转型的新观点和新知识。它是一份严肃的学术性刊物，同时希望能适合范围广泛的读者阅读，以达成其传播新知识、新观点的使命。这里提供前四期的免费下载：https://chinademocrats.org/?cat=8
